“Customer service is second to none. I wanted two shirts and one wasn’t in stock and they went above and beyond to get it sent to me from another store. They even allowed my husband to pay without telling him what they items were (they were a gift for him) Outstanding service and highly recommend”

“I very rarely write any reviews however I have to convey my great satisfaction with the level of service I received from Omid Salimian. I purchased a beautiful blue velvet jacket that I am absolutely delighted with. The initial jacket that arrived was too big and after a couple of sizing issues they were dealt with professionally and with nothing being too much trouble. I was that impressed I purchased the purple velvet jacket too. It is credit to you Omid for your patience and understanding. Equally the delivery of the jackets were on time and I was fortunate to wear it out on Saturday night gaining many complements on my jacket. I will definitely purchase again and highly recommend you to friends and family. Thank you Nicola”

“Just the best clothes ever! Love treating my girl! She always gets stopped in the street and asked where she got her shirt! We should get an advertising fee..... beautiful designs beautiful material the cut of the cloth is fantastic! You can not get better!”

“I love my Claudio Lugli shirts and the latest edition to my collection was no exception. It's not just the most fabulous design, nor the excellence of the tailoring, and the high quality of the finish: it's the attention to detail too. Nobody does attention to detail like Claudio Lugli - the carefully chosen buttons, the lining of the collar .... I recently fell for the design of a shirt from a competitor and, whilst it was a lovely design, the shirt was not made and finished to Claudio Lugli standards. No, so far as I am concerned Claudio Lugli quality can be found only at Claudio Lugli. The website says "Help future customers by talking about customer service, price, delivery, returns & refunds". Well, all my orders have been promptly and correctly delivered, the quality more than justifies the price, and I have never had reason to return a shirt. It is a bonus that delivery is made by DPD, which I regard as the best delivery service with a 1 hour delivery slot and an easy option to leave parcels in a safe place. Don't hesitate to buy - you won't be disappointed.”

“Return and refund out standby easy and quick . Ps I liked the mens patterns more far mire interesting so I bought a small and have many admirers from both genders. Its the one with skulls on”

“Another beautiful shirt from Claudio Lugli. I went for a white shirt but didn't just want a plain white one. Claudio being Claudio had an excellent choice I went for a white satin shirt with a pebble embellishment...it's stunning.”

“Having chosen two beautiful shirts online for my husband’s recent birthday I slipped up at the pay point but calling customer service I was given immediate helpful assistance and my order went through straight away. Added to which I was offered discrete packaging so they would be a surprise for him. Delivery was as promised and I’m thrilled to say he loved them both as much he does all his Claudio Lugli shirts and jackets.Thank you once again Claudio for supplying such high quality shirts that are a pleasure to wear and greatly admired.”
