“Ordered 2 shirts using the size guide provided. Shirts were way too small ! Your size guide is hopeless and must be based on Asian sizes. I order regularly from Charles Tyrwhitt, London with no sizing issues. This exercise cost me over A$100 in shipping for no result. I advised the sizing issue when I returned the shirts with no response. NO stars, reflects the quality of customer service.”

“The jackets are excellent. The patterns beautiful and quirky. However, the one area that needs more quality control are the pocket linings that often come with holes that shouldn't be there or materialise quickly after purchase.”
