“If I wasn't living underneath a draw bridge, (unable to work due to my back, neck and spine injury), I WOULD NEVER HAVE GOT INTO THIS FINANCIAL ARRANGEMENT. At 13.5% interest PER MONTH, I had to make an ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE FINANCIAL DECISION......But I now have a safe and comfortable place to live until my upcoming surgery. Sorry if this comes off nasty, but I'm just being honest. I do appreciate the cash.”
