“I don't often write reviews but their customer service is truly appalling. Reject your withdrawal for anything else without asking for information and without explanation?! Customer service is non existent - I emailed and asked for information and the poor man said ‘I can’t tell you anything’!! Zero transparency, nothing behind this bit of technology. Ａｙｒ，ＬＰ" has been excellent throughout the whole process of refund. Extremely professional and excellent with communications between company and client. A special thank you to Adam who was my solicitor and was amazing in the way he communicated and handled my case.”

“We need to #cancelcoinsbit, You guys are more than happy to take our coins but refuse to payout withdrawals. Read their reviews before you deposit anything to these scamming thieves.. if you don't believe me, ask Forkbeard the dev for galecoin or the countless other users such as myself, will all have the same if not similar experiences with this shady company. It has now been almost 1 entire month since I attempted to withdraw 60usdt from this exchange and I still have not revmceive those coins”

“the deposits to them are always processed swiftly but when it is time to get your money out, they give excuses. I had deposited twice into my account and after I made profits, I wanted to withdraw my money out, but they never approved any requests. I was thrown into a state of confusion but a recommendation of Bak trail proved to be beneficial in getting my loss out”

“I left after losing a significant amount of money. The community managers have vanished, and the app is still operational. However, no withdrawals are possible, leading me to believe this is a fraud following a generous Thanksgiving bonus. If it reappears, it will be a miracle, and I went to get help from "TonelimiteD," now at least those are reliable, and they helped me obtain roughly $17000 back from them.”

“This is a Scam. I wanted to recuperate my money but without their intervention it is just impossible. And the assigned Account Manager I had contact with is just disappeared. He does not answer any longer to my mails or whatsapp messages. Don't be stupid as I have been. “Each time I ask myself why do people derive joy in scamming people’s hard earned money especially those with little resources just as I am, I was a victim of crypto scam 4 months ago by an unknown hacker impersonating an American female pictures to fit in what he’s trying to be , I was scammed of $27,000 and this was my 5 month’s salary that I saved, it was after I’ve sent all the money to them I realized that it was a scam after several fees that are skeptical and weird. I literally broke-down in tears for weeks, if you’ve been a victim of fraud before then you will be in a better position to understand my grief at that point in time, but later on I consoled myself that it isn’t the end of life. to cut the whole story short I met a tutorial Mrs. Charlotte Scott and her crypto company, I was told that they offer recovering services for lost crypto transactions so I was interested and I texted her to know the process, so I submitted the necessary information they needed. after 10 days I recovered all the money to my crypto wallet, it was like a dream come through. even as at now am still flabbergasted. “Coinsbit is a scam investment platform, keeping funds hostage after providing requested documentation claiming a "technical issue" is preventing them from releasing funds held. Ongoing for weeks, I contacted coin-refunds . com and reported my case they helped me recover my funds from coinsbit and also provided excellent customer support throughout the process.”
