“I deposited funds into Coinsbit Crypto Exchange and began trading on a regular basis. Soon afterward my account was locked and I was adised I could not use their exchange due to my residency being in an unapproved country. I could not access my account to transfer tokens out as they locked it and would not respond to my inquiries. This is blatant theft as they should not have allowed me to make deposits from the beginning if residency was an issue. At the very minimum I should be granted the opportunity to retrieve my crypto and I would have been happy. From the research I've done, this appears to be a regular problem with Coinsbit.”
