“if this is the cab company that also goes by the name of Muswell Cars I would suggest you look elsewhere for your journey. The driver was waiting outside the wrong house for me and did not admit his mistake instead he said there was no space to wait outside my house. This was clearly untrue. It was very early in the morning and the road was clear. He then went on to attempt to charge me more ‘by mistake’. Then there was an issue with their website. It was not functioning and consequently not able to take my payment. This I was unaware of as I left the vehicle. The driver then continuously called me as I was trying to catch a train for me to resubmit payment which I did at least three times unsuccessfully. It was an awful, stressful experience. He was very rude.”
