Fraudulent company Just received a Formal Demand for £241 , my husband put in a few details, didn’t have all the information needed so didn’t bother finish the claim , the dates don’t add up too , saying we made a claim for a flight cancellation BEFORE 1st lockdown !!!

I am, since mid July 2020, twice daily, getting emails from this company regarding my "enquiry". Requests to stop spamming me are ignored. Steer well clear of them should you not wish to be spammed into submission ... they practice 1st class malicious business practices, and will not accept a "not interested" for an answer. I have supporting evidence for my review!

I sent the information and everything and they told me to take my case, I wait months and I did not get any procedure information, also, they don´t replay my e-mails. THEY ARE USELESS

Avoid...Very poor company. They get your signature then do nothing with your claim. They have so many loopholes to con you out of your money.

At present I am waiting on a compensation claim being settled But for the life of me I'd like to no what it taking this firm so long 9 months for a simple 26 hours delay claim Am I over reacting Cliff

Ridiculous! They invoiced me £195 for canceling as they keep spamming my email and did nothing! I am going to report them to Gardai.

Horrible. They will probbably delete this like they do all of bed reviews all the time. They havent done anything, i sorted everything on my own and now they expect for me to pay 120+ euros. I am not paying even a cent to them.

We do not delete reviews .If the review cannot be verified as genuine it will it will be taken down until evidence is provided by the reviewer who has 3 days in which to do this

Absolutely abysmal customer service. One year on and still only half resolved, no expenses received. Once fees taken off received £86 per person for the flight cancellation compensation
