I got only one rebuke, that you did not inform me about the process more often. I was not sure if you are still dealing with it.

After 2 months I received the check for £ 604 for 4 persons. Good company, I recommend it.

Working with Compensation Claims was pretty straightforward. The only criticism I would mention is that Claims did not let us know when the case was finished and did not give heads up that they will be mailing the checks.

We filled in all the forms on line with some help from the office, 3 months later we each received a generous cheque for compensation for our flight delay. Delighted. We would recommend your services.

While I was happy to get a cheque in the post and the process was relatively easy, a breakdown of figures would be helpful to show full transparency. I don't know the full amount the airline paid out and what percentage GB Claims took.

I thought I would get more money considering the inconvenience the cancelled flight caused me. But I am glad it at least covered my rail fare.

It was a little slowly work, but efficial. Nex time I prefer bank transfer, because in our territory is not Lloyd Bank. 19.Okt arrived 7.November Deli Balogh Ildiko from Hungary

Good overall, but you need to chase them sometimes for updates, but they did handle the claim well.

Painless and took care of everything.. I had a 5 hour delay and got £225 for a ticket I reckon I paid 50 for... they charged 70 worth it... but make sure to pay them or they get heavy... fiat exchange is no robbery though.. will be the first email i send when it inevitably happens again
