The delivery took longer than expected but that was due to xmas I presume. It was delivered to the wrong address and I had to track it down but that was the delivery company rather than comwales! Comwales customer service was good and I had a very quick response

My parcel was initially scheduled for 8 to 10 days after purchase but didn't seem to get dispatched until the 10th day and arrived 2weeks after that (I did allow for delays caused by postal strikes). The product itself was as advertised and I'm very happy with that but the communication about the delivery could have been much better.

A decent product let down by very slow delivery process. I realise Christmas is a busy period but this took over two weeks to arrive. I ordered other products during the festive season and not one took more than five days to arrive.
