“ Ordered on the 19thNovember and it’s 2 nd December still no delivery Tried calling and emailed no response!!!! ”

“ Whilst the prices of items on the online ordering system were very competitive I was disappointed that a number of items were not available at checkout or indicated that they were but then were not delivered as out of stock. Also a number of items packaging were damaged on delivery including a bottle containing liquid which subsequently leaked. Finally the nappy sacks were of the worst quality ever and unusable. ”

“ Was told my order would arrive by Xmas since I clicked next day delivery but I am still waiting on it and I have asked for a refund twice and have received no reply. Very annoyed as I am out of pocket !!!!!! ”

“ The box arrived very poorly packaged and two of the hard had been completely smashed. The contents were all over the box and other products. Considering you charge £6 for delivery (which is incredibly steep!) the packaging and delivery were completely abysmal. Very very disappointed, never received an item so poorly packed before. Will never order again. ”
