My cooler had a faulty fan when it was unboxed and turned on. The company was easy to contact and sent out a replacement unit for next day delivery and collected the faulty unit. Can't ask for better customer service.

Bought a air con unit from cooleasy the unit is fantastic I bought a industrial 1 as I wanted it to cool my whole house not just 1 room and it's doing the job perfectly especially today when it's 28c my house is like a fridge. I ordered the unit after the cut-off for next day delivery but it was still delivered next day great service would recommend
