“Purchased this air con to heat and cool a summerhouse that I had just completed. Instructions are average but you need a good engineering background or at least understanding to be confident of a good outcome. The equipment supplied and the procedure went well. There are some good and effective warnings in the instructions to guide you away from damaging the air con accidentally during installation. I had purchased the bracket to mount the external unit as an extra, that was a mistake on my behalf as the summerhouse acted as a sound board and made its use almost impossible. Discarded the bracket and mounted the external unit on a concrete plinth. The outcome is superb, unbelievably quiet, very effective heating and cooling. Overall, I'm totally delighted and pleasantly surprised.”

“I fitted the unit w/e of 9/10 Apr whilst visiting relations up north. Biggest worry was uncoiling the pipes but eventually worked out ok. Unit seems to work perfectly so mother is very happy with it. Thanks again for all your help.”

“I bought this item about two weeks ago & have fitted it in my conservatory myself. The instructions are comprehensive as it is important you join the pipe work & remove the air to a set sequence. I took my time & the unit has been working fine. If you have reasonable DIY skills you should be fine. It looks great with it's black face & is really easy to use & warms/cools the room quickly. Great product at a competitive price with helpful staff assistance if you have any queries”

“Order 4 samsung a/c units, 2 x 24000BTU, 2 x 12000BTU. Sales suport sized the unit requirements based on room dimensions etc. Delivered them on time and in one peice. 3 of the 4 units currently installed still to install the last of the 24,000btu's. Missing some bungs (manufacturer packing issue) that were sent out 1st class post so no delays were encountered. The only negative regatdng the 24000 unit installed so far is the drainage. The condenser unit leaked a bit out of 2 holesin the drainage pan which I covered by using Flexyfix adhesive to glue a 10 pence peice over one hole and just a dab of Flexyfix over a small screw hole. All leaks stopped, drains working well and tghe unit is working perfectly. It is possible that the units needed to lean back some more to prevent the flow over these holes but all ok now and no concerns over installing the second 24000.”

“I installed the unit into my timber framed art studio using the outside wall brackets that you supplied. I was expecting to relocate the outside unit onto a not yet constructed concrete base at a later date (due to a perceived drumming noise.) However I was pleasantly surprised as to how quiet and vibration free the system runs without having to do this extra work.”

“This is my 3rd unit bought from here all working as they should 3 years later. The service and support is second to none ! Delivery is usually within 2 days and technical support / help is always available. The units supplied are very good and fitting is relatively straight forward. DIY experience is needed and read the instructions when fitting pipes / commissioning. its really easy after 3 units. The hardest part is drilling the 65mm hole ! Thanks to Sarah for all your help !”

“As a retired engineer I was looking for a project and was surprised at how quickly I finished it. From discussions with a very friendly help line, delivered in one day and up and running in 4 days. Getting hold of a hole cutter was the biggest holdup; but after that plain sailing. Have already had requests for information from friends and wholeheartedly recommend this system.”

“Already bought from cooleasy before no problems needed trunking was suppose to get discount from last review but did not! I didget some kind of discount after putting items into basket but after trying to use, it ended up had to spend something like £400 to get £5 discount so not really worth the offer! needed trunking anyway cooleasy was not cheapest but I had used them before and knew any issues would of been sorted it so bought from them again.”
