Ordered a game. Box arrived damaged. The code for the extra content didn't work. Sent it back for a refund... It has now been two months since I sent it back. They claim they don't have it. Royal mail tracking shows it has been delivered. So now I don't have a game or my money. DO NOT TAKE THE RISK. THESE GUYS ARE FRAUDULENT AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.

They will not reply to emails bar the odd 1 in 3 and after much chasing up, and they’ve offered me a refund (the cost of the brush is now £30 more than I paid) or for me to continue to wait ad infinitim with no confirmation of when they’ll deem the parcel to be lost.

What is the point of a pre-order for a new game for it to arrive 3 weeks later? Customer service was friendly enough but could offer no help, no cancellation or refund, couldn't track the tracking number because it doesn't exist with Royal mail.

Company never sent the game and the tracking number was a fake one. Customer service could only tell me to keep waiting. I had to get a refund from my bank.

WARNING EVERYONE! This game website is a complete scam. They take the money but don't send the game out, do not trust. They would also not refund money, I had to claim through my bank to get my money back.

Waited and waited still nothing, used live chat where it became obvious the person I was talking to would say anything to get rid of me but eventually was told refunds take 6 weeks because not issued until goods arrive and have been inspected back in Denmark.

Total scammers - sent out faulty product and would not refund or fix it. Wasted a LOT of my time and money. Avoid.
