“ I went to a fairly local shop probs 30 mins away from me I spoke with a lady who told me as much as she could about the connect card on placing my bets ( Cheltenham week so obviously busy) set it all up no probs Got some good offers but couldn't access them because the email for 3 days did not come through! No problem with my email so what happened? Tx came through with offers but couldn't access any free bets through Cheltenham week What stood out was the level of customer service I received from the staff at the Diss shop who phoned through to get me the bet on Thistlecrack at enhanced 12\1 and their follow up phone calls to finally get the account sorted despite being busy I applaud that level of service both the ladies were very good ”
