“I've been purchasing Cords Club products for almost two years. Most of what I have has been holding up well, but the enamel products are hit or miss. That said, the customer service is top notch!”

“The best earrings!!! My ears were starting to react to even sterling silver and I could never wear anything with nickel in them. Cords Club saved me and I haven’t had any issues!! Also, the customer service is the BEST!!”

“Since discovering the joys of flat back earrings earlier this year, I have placed 10+ orders from Cords Club and joined the monthly subscription. By the time I was 15 I had about 8 ear piercings, but for years I haven’t worn any earrings because my skin was so sensitive that it was uncomfortable. Fast forward to March of this year, I impulsively got my next round of piercings and was introduced to flat back earrings. That led me to search brands that offered cute, affordable and sensitive skin friendly flat back earrings. And that’s how I discovered Cords Club. These earrings are high quality at an affordable price, particularly when compared to the few other brands offering flat back earrings. The styles are unmatched and I look forward to the new drops and my monthly delivery. My ears are pretty much always decked out in cords club. I love to mix and match and to style my ear stacks according to the current season. I love them so much that they’ve also become a go to gift for my friends (who also love them now too).”

“i’ve had the same issue three times and nothing has been fixed. they just keep sending me defective replacement earrings. it’s been a month of me not being able to get points for reviews. i’ve been going back-and-forth with them for over a month now. they finally gave me a discount with how many orders I’ve ordered. if I wasn’t on top of it then I wouldn’t know anything. Still have no answers, loved them at first, but kind of getting sick of this.”

“I love Cords Club’s flat back studs and hoops. They are my absolute favorite! The titanium flat backs are beautiful, dainty, and gentle for my newer piercings and sensitive ears. The gorgeous selection they offer as well as their customer service is unmatched.”

“The earrings I spent over $50 on were way too small for my ears. I couldn’t even get the post to all the way through from the front to the back. When I reached out over email to see if I could return or exchange the items, I was told I could not but was offered a measly 15% off my next purchase. Why would I purchase anything from this company again knowing that they don’t specify what part of the ear their earrings are for and won’t rectify the situation when their earrings made for toddlers don’t fit an adult woman?”

“had been waiting for two weeks for a withdrawal to be deposited into my bank account. Although the company insisted that the transaction had been completed on their end, my bank confirmed that no deposit had been received, attempted, or rejected. After a thorough investigation conducted by both my bank's fraud department and UNIQUE RECOVERY FIRM it was determined that there was no trace of the transaction. Fortunately, following the investigation, I was able to recover my funds successfully."”

“Awful customer support! I already paid £35 for 1 earring that I never received. They wanted me to pay £12 more to send a new one out!! They delete negative comments online to keep a positive image. Awful, disgusting! AVOID.”

“My ears are really sensitive to earrings and I was able to wear the flat backs with no irritation for a month. But after only one month the solitaire fell out of one of the earrings.”
