“I ordered a custom set for my companys 1st Annual Cornhole tournament. The winner of the tournament would receive the custom set with custom bags & carrying case (along with bragging rights) as their prize. EVERYONE LOVED IT! We are now planning additional tournaments throughout the year and will be ordering more. I didn't have time to order the complete custom boards but was able to modify one of the semi-custom boards for our party. I ordered it on a Saturday night, I received it on Thursday afternoon. Such a quick turnaround and it exceeded my expections. We recently ordered another duplicate board for our owners because they loved it so much. I ordered on-line and the process was incredibly easy. I left instructions on the lettering and they followed with no problems. With my second order, I realized I forgot to add the carrying case, so I called the next day, talked to the 1st person that answered the phone, they happen to be starting a promo that day that included the carrying case and it was added for free, no questions asked. So 2 thumbs up to this company in quality, customer service, shipping & handling (oh yeah and it was packaged excellent - no dents or scratches in shipping), and expedience (again, received in 4 business days - no rush shipment)!!
They also have other downloads you can use and ideas like tournament brackets - which I did use, fun rules of the game, you can order point keeps with drink holders attached (how fun is that). Again, just incredibly impressed. BTW, no one asked me to write this nor was I paid anything or recived product for it. I just feel like these days you don't find many companys that care about all the above so when you find one that does . . .they need commended for it!! “Recap of my order experience:
- Submitted initial order inquiry on the website.
- After about a week or so of no follow-up, I called to check on it and was told they were working on it.
- After a couple of days of still no hearing from someone, I called again and finally got some progress made to where I was able to put the order in.
- After seeing the order confirmation, I emailed back saying the back colors were incorrect.
- After getting no response to that email, I called and was told they would make sure they got that corrected and confirm with me all was well.
- After getting no response on that, the boards showed up. Of the 4 sets I ordered, two were packaged incorrectly (the sets got mixed up and weren't packaged together). Thankfully the bag colors did come as they should have.
So in total, there were 4 instances of no proper follow-up and the order was not shipped correctly. Thankfully the boards themselves came as intended and are nice, but I would recommend working with someone else based on my experience and save yourself the unnecessary trouble.”
