“On my way to work, I used to stop at the Costa shop in Plymouth with the postcode PL1 1RJ. I always enjoyed spending about half an hour there. Something unique about this place is that the staff members are amiable and know how to treat their customers well. Today, on 27/08/2024, Mr. Sam Hibbitt served me at the till. He greeted me warmly and showed excellent friendliness, making me feel like part of the team. I want to thank Mr. Sam for his excellent customer service, and Costa Coffee Company should be proud to have an employee like him.
