“The product seems first rate (can't absolutely confirm as I ordered from Canada to give as a gift to my son in England). However, my daughter in law swears by you which is why I purchased. I look forward to seeing it when I go to visit! My only quibble (and totally my fault) was that I missed out on the discount "wheel of fortune". I had to shut down the order process because of a household issue and when I returned to the webpage, the offer was gone. Finish the order first, I guess... I'll be looking at your page more often!”

“I am so happy with the bags, the quality is absolutely superb, and the leather name tags add a lovely personal addition to the bags. It is great to see a genuine quality British Company selling top of the range bags rather than the usual inferior rubbish out there, I am convinced that they will last for ever and get nicer with age and use. This certainly is a quality company, sadly I see Chinese sellers from eBay and Amazon using the Cotswold Hipster product photo”

“I found the perfect bag with Cotswold Hipster but my luck it was out of stock. I emailed Mark as i had previously read great comments about their customer service and they were not wrong! Minutes later he had emailed me telling me he might have one left in the warehouse which he did. It was shipped out a few days later and he even held off sending it out so it would come when i was home. Never had service like it - well done Mark and love my new bag.”
