“From the very first question I asked to delivery of my olive Churchill backpack the customer service and communication has been excellent. Emails responded to within minutes, calls answered or returned immediately, and delivery was within 48 hours of purchase. Outstanding service. As for the bag.. I love it. Good quality, hard wearing and looks great.. a little darker in colour than I imagined it would be, but not disappointed at all. Totally satisfied customer who would purchase from (and recommend) these guys without hesitation.”

“I was looking for a decent rucksack that will last longer than a few years and your one fitted the bill. It looks robust and well made, strong enough for daily usage. I also wanted either metal zips or straps. Not sure how long the magnets will last but I will let you know.”
