“I thought that the bank were not taking me seriously and Credit Claims were not interested in anything except getting their cut. If I had researched the PPI thing more thoroughly I would not have used any PPI claims company. This one is just one of the vultures that claim to be working on your behalf but are only interested in getting some of YOUR money for themselves. STAY AWAY! When the bank took more than a year to pay me my money after claiming they had already done so, Credit Claims chased ME for their cut. It was only when I proved that I had not received it all that they finally chased the bank again. I wanted them to pursue the bank for more money to compensate me for the year long delay but Credit Claims were not interested in the slightest. As for as they were concerned they had fullfilled their obligation and simply wanted their cut. You don't need a company like this to get your PPI money. .Just ask the banks yourself. You will get more money as you won't have to give any to these vultures.”
