“My recent experience was unfortunately very unpleasant. The products are as good as you can buy in any other shop, but based on their customer service response time and friendliness I would not recommend to use this online shop.”

“My comments must necessarily be a little limited as I am only a part-time double reed player, spending most of my playing time on other instruments, but I find Crook and Staple products reasonably priced and the staff are very helpful with advice.”
