“The image of the item I wanted didn't tally up with what the checkout said, so I rang up to query. There was a mistake and the IT gentleman who took the call was extremely helpful, promising to look into the matter. The goods arrived and sure enough, he had kept his promise and the right item had been sent. One hundred per cent happy with the Crusader Gifts service, thank you.”

“The recipient was delighted as he is an avid fisherman and apparently his new son will be too :-) lovely item and fast shipping.
