“I assure you, this is a terrible business and once you put your money in, you can never get it out. I was stuck for and a lot of silly excuses kept coming from them all because they didn't want me to get my money out. I was tired and I tried to find a solution. I eventually came across Baktrail. I filed a formal complaint request with them and their team worked endlessly to ensure a full refund back to me within a week. It turned out to be the best decision I have ever taken as regards the recovery of my stolen funds.”

“WORST WEBSITE EVER !!! DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. BITREFULL IS 100% BETTER I PURCHASED TOPUP AND THEY TOLD ME YOUR WALLET NOT SUPPORTED DESPITE THEY RECEIVED THE FULL AMOUNT. I REQUESTED A REFUND AND THEY REFUNDED ME MONEY MISSING AND THEY SAID U GOT YOUR FULL REFUND SCAMMING WEBSITE. DO NO USE THEY ARE BUNCH OF SCAMMERS”

“Not a place to trust ! Complete scam ! Please do not use ! I have purchased 10 Gift Cards from them and they are not working at all ! It was all worth 0.03099099 BTC, so around $1500/- and now they are not replying to my emails and when they reply they say the supplier is not responding to there email (Scammers) and when i keep following up with them they say down send emails or will slow down your process. I've purchased it on 01/04/2022 and today its 05/04/2022 and still my issue is not solved, the worst part is that there CEO also ignores the tweets and messages, Now am worried if i will ever get my money back”
