“I was so impressed with the Crystal Hearing service. I managed to book an appointment next day, Good Friday, at Marlow Bottom; park right outside; and be seen punctually. Sally was really good. She explained everything and used various methods to clean my ear; and a camera probe to show me the result.”

“Sally was brilliant! She came to my home and painlessly and quickly removed a significant wax build-up from both ears with micro-suction. She came the same day that I contacted her. That is what I call service. I do not know how long it is since my hearing has been as good as this. I cannot recommend Sally highly enough.”

“Booking an appointment online is easy and straightforward. I have been to Crystal Hearing previously for earwax removal. A completely pain free experience. Took about 20 minutes to remove all the wax. Sally was very friendly, and explained what she was doing at every stage. I was shown my ears before and after with a camera, quite interesting. Thank you.”

“Quite an interesting experience culminating in a camera being put in my ears so I could see the result of Sally's work on the computer screen! If I need my ears sorting out again Sally will certainly be the obvious choice.”

“A smooth, efficient process which cleared both my ears in a 30 minute appointment. Sally puts you completely at ease, and it was interesting to see the before and after images inside the ear from the tiny camera that she used. Prices are reasonable, premises are easy to find, with plenty of parking in the vicinity. Will certainly use them again. I th”

“I honestly wish I’d have known about them sooner having lost hearing in my left ear for almost a month - Peter was calm and completely reassuring which is a must when dealing with something as vital as hearing. I couldn’t recommend crystal hearing more highly !”

“I was told about crystal hearing from my doctors .I gave them a call and was offeredan appointment the very next day .Easy to find .I think it was Peter introduced himself and all through the procedure explained and showed me what was happening .I will definately use them again and not wait next time .Thank you .”

“I can't even begin to express my gratitude for Peter at crystal hearing! I had an appointment today with my elderly client who was a little nervous and EXTREMELY deaf! Peter was so patient,calm, kind and professional, 20 mins later and a large amount of hard ear wax and my client can hear again! In fact the first thing he said was "I don't recognise my voice" such a positive experience and a very big thank you from the both of us! I can't recommend you highly enough. 5☆”
