“Easy to find. Good website with helpful video and information. Parking as described. Excellent treatment which cleared wax completely. Great seeing the inside of your ears through a tiny camera !! Thoroughly recommend this practice”

“I went to see Sally as I really could not hear and I have a lot of history with my hearing. Sally was amazing, so kind and gentle. She also helped my dad who thought he may need hearing aids, sally had a look, he just needed a clean, so sally kindly did. I would highly recommend Sally and Crystal Hearing to anyone and everyone! £70 for both myself and my Dad - worth every penny to be able to hear clearly again”

“Together with my new Viron A5 BTE NHS hearing aids the TV-A adaptor has transformed my tv listening/viewing. As a 84 year old with more than 60% hearing loss I was struggling to understand some tv talk with just the hearing aid, now its just great and what's more my neighbours can't hear my tv.”

“Fantastic service!! My Partner Mic arrived really quickly. I ordered it on a Wednesday afternoon and it arrived at midday Friday. On the Wednesday I rang Crystal Hearing and spoke to John and asked if they could guarantee delivery by Friday as I was going away for a week and wouldn't be back until the following Friday. I was concerned that if it arrived in the week it could end up in the green bin and it was going to be green bin collection. Phew. John said he would see what could be done but made it clear that he couldn't promise anything. John came through for me and I am really grateful, thank you. 5 star service.”

“Having been recommended, the service and professionalism from Peter was exceptional. Peter was able to pass on a wealth of information as to the difference in hearing aids, if this is needed in the future. I was shown which ear was blocked and the wax removed very efficiently Would not hesitate to recommend Crystal hearing services”

“Having found Crystal Hearing via the web last year, and being delighted by the results, it was a no-brainer that we returned there last week - albeit in a new domestic Horsham setting. The care provided on this occasion by Sally could not have been better - friendly, professional, totally pain free, and at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.”

“My 3rd time being treated at Crystal Hearing, this time by Sally. They went out of their way to get me an appointment as quickly as possible bringing my original appointment forward by a few days due to a couple of cancellations. . Sally was lovely, she talked me through the process and took her time to ensure both ears were totally treated. Feeling so relieved to have clear ears and be able to hear again!”
