“I have attended Crystal Hearing several times since being recommended and have found it easy to book, appointments run to time & are competitively priced. I particularly like the fact that the treatment is clearly explained and you know exactly what to expect. Because my experience has always been positive I have recommended it other family members who have since attended.”

“Sally was really lovely and preserved although the build up of wax was so dense she couldn’t do the normal suction method and consequently it took much longer but now I feel so much better . Thanks so much .”

“Saw Sally Stacey today. I have been turning up the volume on the TV and noticing a loss of higher pitch sounds and especially words with an ‘s’. Sally was very professional and explained everything before getting started. She took her time and gave great care with wax removal. Now I have turned the TV volume down by a considerable amount! This is a good service and thoroughly recommended. Thank you Sally.”
