“I had a terrible encounter with this cryptocurrency business. I was able to take $15,000 from this company after ten months of investment. It was decided that I would have to pay 30% of the total amount up front in order to withdraw this amount. The money would then be deposited into the wallet address I gave them. I thought the upfront fees of thirty percent were excessive, so I attempted negotiating for a lower amount, but they only gave me a $100 reduction. I ultimately paid $5,000. After that, I anticipated that the money will be transferred to the wallet address I had provided them. The money was not deposited by this company to the agreed-upon wallet address. Rather, they sent me an email to let me know that they have chosen to load the money onto a card. This was never included in the original contract. In addition, I was instructed to pay $2100 for "shipping" expenses. I will not receive the card until I have paid for this additional cost, which was never included in the contract. I feel like I am being cheated because they violated an existing agreement by requiring additional money before granting me access to monies after I paid $5000 to access only $15,000. Just in case, I have the proof for all of this.”

The issue is that none exist; emails are not answered, calls are not returned, and live chat is inoperative.
Right now, they're holding my money ransom. Don't deal with this firm at all.”
