“I am writing to formally express my concern over the quality of service I received. What I expected to be a smooth process turned into a drawn-out experience due to poor communication and unresponsiveness. Instead of resolving my concern, the lack of proper follow-up caused further issues. This experience has left me unsatisfied with your customer service.
