This is the worse service they deliver wrong item and more than month I email them they still didn’t contact me

Ordered a part for my cooker 2 weeks before Xmas. The part was not picked until the beginning of January and not handed to Royal Mail until January 10 . It is now January 18 th and still waiting. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE

awfull company ,waited and waited only to be contacted to say the part was out of stock after taking my money ,avoid at all costs .in fact i believe thats illegal taking money for ghost stock.

What appalling service from Currys Partmaster. Ordered a replacement magnetic fridge seal and rang them pre order to confirm that the seal was indeed magnetic. After a wait for them to confirm with their fridge specialist that indeed it was magnetic. The seal was delivered and of course it was either non magnetic or had lost its magnetism in their stock. Then got the ludicrous advise that I should contact the seal manufacturer. "Yes, what address in China would that be ?" Didn't seem to understand that my contract was with Currys. And not with someone in Beijing. As a highly at risk person on total lock down the fridge was essential to me. So after weeks I had to buy a new fridge - certainly not from Currys. In the meantime their promised collection of the part has not transpired(in spite of their delivery company advising they would collect the following day) nor a refund paid nor have I received any further communication. If you wish to retain your sanity or, in my case also your health - avoid.

AVOID Ordered a part in November i'm still waiting for it to arrive, I have phoned repeatedly to try and get them to refund my money as it doesn't seem to be coming, everytime I am cut off as soon as I ask for a refund. Such a bad company and I am out of pocket with nowhere to turn. Avoid scam company at all costs.

I do not recommend this company. I bought a part, which should fit. It says on the website that it should fit for my brand. There is no size for the product. So I assumed it should fit. Otherwise they would have had to add types. Unfortunately it doesn't fit. I had therefore submitted a complaint. I only got a response after 4 days, while they promise 24 hours. Then I respond to the questions, I again had to wait 3 days for response. I then called 20 minutes and there would be a solution. Unfortunately they had not (as promised) sent an email with instructions. I had therefore called back a day later. This time I had called 30 minutes and again they did not send instructions. I have now incurred a lot of calling costs, no solution for my problem and they do not adhere to their conditions. They state that the return may be free if the fault lies with the company. In my case this is true, but they still oblige me to pay shipping costs. This is my first and last time. I sincerely do not understand what is so complicated about this issue ...

By far the worse company I’ve ever ordered from. Spent £78 ordering extra shelves for my fridge, paid for next day delivery also. Part master took 3 payments out my bank, £78 for my order then an illegal transaction of £68 to which I called them and they told me that money can’t be giving back for 3 working days! After this conversation they took another £28 later that day for no reason at all, so that’s a £68 and a £28 transaction I didn’t make! To top it off next day delivery didn’t happen and instead it came 2 days later so another wasted amount of money paying £7:50 for next day delivery, also on the delivery day they emailed me and told me only two of the three items was in stock and when they get more in stock they will deliver the last shelf. Absolute joke from start to end and never again will I order from this company!

I ordered my item over 2 weeks ago. It hasn't arrived. Tried to contact Partmaster via their website and via email, still no response. Even got Twitter involved who tried to help, no response. I want a refund but an invoice number is needed, but isn't provided on my account or order. Please DO NOT use this company..

The service from Partmaster is worse than bad, the only thing they do well is take your money. Cant seem to arrange to dispatch or cancel order. 1 star is more than they deserve

I ordered 2 door shelves for my larder fridge according to the instruction book which came with the fridge. When the order arrived one shelf was far too big and the other was far too small. I emailed the company to say how dissatisfied i was and wanted a phonecall to resolve the issue and was told by automated email someone would be in contact with me within 48 hours. I got an email from their customer services on Tuesday afternoon saying they couldn't ring and to email the code for my fridge. It's now Wednesday evening and still no reply. It sounds like a completely incompetent company with zero customer service. I am completely disgusted and will not recommend this company or use them again. The one star is only being used because the option for zero is not available. I should have used espares who I have used many times before but because it's a currys own brand fridge and partmaster is affiliated with them I assumed they would be a reputable company.

next day delivery YEA RIGHT.... £2 off my delivery charge as a sorry. As I have an engineer coming out tonight to fit the part and now will have to wait a week for him to come back WELL DONE PART MASTER.. Knew I should of stuck with Amazon.

Sent wrong item and lost all faith that the were able to handle a return to correct the issue. I assumed they were a big distributor with a wealth of knowledge but I feel they have a long way to go.

I ordered Samsung water filters one late afternoon and they were delivered the very next morning! Texts received that early morning to advise when time the items would be delivered. The service was incredible - fast and efficient! This is the second time I have ordered through Partmaster and both times were brilliant service. I can certainly recommend anyone to try them. 10 out of 10!!!!

I ordered two water filter for my Samsung fridge on a Friday and opt for (Click and Collect (Delivered locally, next day, before noon (£8.99). The delivery option was next day before noon but didn't get the product delivered until the following Tuesday which is very disappointing and when i contacted Partmaster they said next day delivery excluded weekends and bank holidays, but this is not mentioned any where on the delivery options to choose. so i contacted Partmaster and they confirmed they will refund me the additional £2.49 i paid for compared to standard delivery £6.50. The next big surprise is when i opened the pack i found one opened and unsealed filter which look like been used and returned by someone else and they send it to me. I have emailed them and will be returning the product. please be aware with the next day delivery as weekends and bank holidays excluded but it does not say anywhere on the three option.
