The driver's car apparently broke down, but they didn't inform me. Thankfully when I chased it up, they redirected the delivery, and gave a refund. Not ideal, but they resolved the issue quickly. I'll use Bloom again and hope for a better experience.

Due to a hospital not taking flower deliveries due to covid, dailyblooms promptly emailed me and offered to refund. Polite, respectful and on-point for customer service. Well done.

However DAILYBlooms' customer service blew me away! They contacted me about the issue up front, offered me a shipping refund and eventually sent new flowers! What could have been a very poor experience was definitely redeemed by their excellent and personalised service, and the flowers that did make it to their destination were beautiful.
