Esta fue una reseña que señalé el 15 de abril. Ya encontré pareja a través de la plataforma, así que en ese sentido funciona, y lo agradezco. Sin embargo, eliminar la cuenta fue innecesariamente complicado: hay que enviar un correo electrónico para solicitar la eliminación, lo cual es anticuado y molesto.
Además, la cantidad de cosas por las que te cobran es exagerada. Tienes que pagar incluso para ver quién te dio like o para ver tus propios likes. Prometen cosas que luego no están incluidas sin pagar, lo cual es engañoso.
Pros:
Realmente puedes encontrar pareja.
Contras:
Hay que enviar un correo para eliminar la cuenta.
Cobran por funciones básicas.
Promesas engañosas sobre lo que es gratuito.
Solución preferida: Cuenta eliminada (problema ya resuelto).

“Back in March, I left a 1-star review because I couldnt even sign up the site kept rejecting my email, saying use a real email address, really??? even though I tried multiple times with different addresses and double-checked everything.
It was incredibly frustrating and honestly felt like a dead end at the time.
After some back-and-forth with their support (which took patience not the fastest response, but eventually helpful), the issue was traced to a glitch with their email validation system. Once it was resolved, I was finally able to create an account. From there, things improved significantly.The platform itself is a bit chaotic at first a lot of profiles, messages, and features to sort through but once you get the hang of it, theres quite a bit of flexibility in how you connect with people.
The filters, communication tools, and layout became more intuitive over time.
While the signup issue was a bad first impression, Im glad I stuck with it. It turned into a much more positive experience than I expected.

At first, I was frustrated and thought it wasn't possible. But it turns out I was just really not tech-savvy. I later realized I could manage it easily in my settings after all.
Still, I think that if someone reaches out for help, the process should be more intuitive or better guided. That said, once I did contact support, the issue was resolved very quickly, which I truly appreciated.”

I was charged 50USD twice, once in April and once in May, even though I had not been logged into your site. I am therefore requesting a refund for these charges.
I recently received a reply from your team stating that the amount has been refunded and that the charges were due to automatic subscription renewal which I overlooked

I have accidentally hit these virtual gifts and was charged many or almost all of my credits. I have complained but they say it's my fault..no corrections made. Be careful.
