Their service exceeded my expectations.

I used Hackshift360 for a digital consultation and support service, and the experience was smooth from start to finish. Communication was clear, professional, and timely, and they took the time to explain each step properly. I appreciated their structured approach and attention to detail throughout the process. Overall, it was a reliable and straightforward experience, and I’m satisfied with the service provided.

Sent link to outside playlist, message blocked by filter. Asked why, support replied in 20 min explaining policy: no external links first week. Straight answer, no lecture. Rules stiff, service clear. I can handle that.

I’d really appreciate clear guidance or support to complete this process smoothly. A quick resolution would go a long way in improving my overall impression of the service.

Security is when a company has a customer service and is clear with their policies...

Back in March, I left a 1-star review because I couldnt even sign up the site kept rejecting my email, saying use a real email address, really??? even though I tried multiple times with different addresses and double-checked everything. It was incredibly frustrating and honestly felt like a dead end at the time. After some back-and-forth with their support (which took patience not the fastest response, but eventually helpful), the issue was traced to a glitch with their email validation system. Once it was resolved, I was finally able to create an account. From there, things improved significantly. The platform itself is a bit chaotic at first a lot of profiles, messages, and features to sort through but once you get the hang of it, theres quite a bit of flexibility in how you connect with people. The filters, communication tools, and layout became more intuitive over time. While the signup issue was a bad first impression, Im glad I stuck with it. It turned into a much more positive experience than I expected. Pros Yopnotch help the fact customer service exist wwith humans Cons Technical issues in the start email didnt come promptly

I initially thought the service was too expensive, so I decided to cancel my subscription.

Unfortunately, I didn't get my money back, but I learned my lesson and will be more careful next time! What I truly appreciate, though, is the customer service.

I called customer service to get some clarification, and they explained that I should've contacted them earlier to stop the recurring charges === totally my fault for not following the policy.

It wasn’t until I reached out to their customer service that I found out the free trial actually turns into a paid subscription after a certain period.
