“Do NOT buy! I've bought Daysoft Silk for years and they were perfect, but after they recently changed the lenses they've become brittle and dry. Many other customers are reporting the lenses shattering in their eyes. I have zero sympathy with a company that would put customer's eyes at risk for a little extra profit. I tried one pair and binned the other boxes as I don't hold out hope of getting a refund. Time to find another supplier.”

“Can't receive the lenses in Spain. The Spanish authorities sent me a complicated document to fill. I sent it back, but it wasn't accepted. To much hassle. I have to find another provider within the EU.”

“Once a loyal customer who lives in the EU. I ordered as usual & I'm aware of the import duties since BREXIT. Unfortunately Daysoft didn't provide a customs declaration that it is authorised to ship medical products. Further more that document isn't available to download from their website. I was unable to collect my shipment & pay the import taxes without this document. It appears Daysoft hasn't fully prepared for the New Customs rules after BREXIT but is still willing to sell to customers in the EU. I find their business ethics unprofessional & unacceptable.”

“These contact lenses are amazing...being using them for over 15 years...never ever a problem 10/10 I read negative comments on here from other users...Im sure they are all nonsence from other contact lense companys...trying to stop u purchasing an excellent product..”

“The lenses fell apart before I was able to put them in my eye. This is a health and safety hazard. They were also far too big, and far too thick. I selected the type of contact lenses that daysoft told me were equivalent to the ones I had been wearing previously, but clearly they were wrong. The lenses are of a terrible quality and are an absolute waste of money. Do not buy these.”

“DaySoft make daily use contact lenses that cost a fraction of the price and use less packaging. They're as comfortable as branded lenses. They arrive by post the next day and because there's minimal packaging, it fits through most letterboxes.”
