“Have just bought a Luxair cooker hood. Only after I'd bought it did I read the reviews about poor customer service. Don't believe them. I was advised that the cooker hood would be 10 - 12 days before delivery. On the 10th day my builder asked when it would arrive as he needed it in a few days. I phoned deals4u and was told the cooker hood had just arrived at the delivery depot in Halifax but he would phone to find out when it would be delivered. He phoned back within half an hour to say it would be delivered the next day , which it was, within the 10 - 12 day delivery slot. Well done deals4u for good customer service and also an excellent product, much cheaper than other competitors.”

“Good products,good price but the delivery driver was very unhelpful and sullen to my wife delivering both of the products.due to my ill health ,lifting products was not feasible,asking the driver to put the products in the porch off the pathway was meet by moaning .it was obvious to both my wife and myself this drivers stature was not healthy,wieght wise ,so moving products was not easy for him. We would use your company and products again ,but suggest the courier company send a different driver”

“Bought a Dimplex fire via Deals4u as they were one of the few outlets advertising the black crome option we wanted. Price was also most competitive and with free delivery. Was able to track delivery timeline online and received fire late morning of day requested. Happy with service and item bought.”

“Am very pleased with the White Knight Tumble drier. I ordered it on 22/8/16 and was emailed to say the lead delivery was 3/4 working days and told the Delivery Co would ring/email me when out for delivery, on the 26/8/16 was informed the Tumble was with delivery co,thereby expecting it as they were delivering Saturday's and Bank Holiday Monday seemed reasonable,no show, I rang Deals for you on the 30/8/16 they were surprised I hadn't received anything,young lady made a phone call and within minutes a young man rang and we arranged delivery for the next day prior to 12pm and it duly arrived on the 31/9/16,better late than never.”
