“I bought a gas tumble dryer with Deals4U (via Amazon) and arranged a delivery late in the afternoon for the Friday in the following week. I took a half day of work to be there for the delivery and had arranged for a gas engineer to connect the tumble dryer that evening. Mid afternoon on the Friday I phoned Deals4u to confirm that the delivery was still on schedule. They said they would check with the delivery team and get back to me. They returned that call and apologised that the delivery team forgot to take my delivery documentation and that the machine had been left in the warehouse. I explained that I had an engineer arranged to install the machine that evening. They immediately said to leave it with them and they would get back to me. They phoned me back very quickly and had arranged for a member of staff to collect the machine from the warehouse and deliver it to me in their small van within the hour. What a service! It arrived about 4:50pm on the Friday evening and my gas engineer installed it at 6:00pm. I couldn't have had a better service from Deals4u and would highly recommend buying from them. Their customer service team was excellent and they always kept me updated. As well as getting the tumble dryer at the lowest price available I got the best service possible. Thank you Deals4u. Joe”

“Despite Having received 2 faulty stoves , not the fault of the company by the way, I must say that dealing with deals 4 u was a pleasure. They were instantly available by phone and I was put in touch with the same gentleman that I had dealt with after the original problem. He was polite and courteous and dealt with my issues in an excellent manner. In fact he went out if his way to deliver the stove himself after a 3 rd stove was purchased. Cannot rate them highly enough, and would not hesitate to do business with them in the future. P Harmon, Lurgan”
