“I have a shop buying equipments from different companies and Suppliers but I have never experienced such a good serves that I had received from your company. In term of the payments, customer services, reliability and punctuality. I was impressed by the service I received for such a little money I have spent with you. “Very easy to use the online ordering facility and had quick response even over the Xmas shut down but the delivery was a little less smooth. One part was delivered super fast even for a holiday period but I had to chase up the other delivery 3 times and the delivery driver then kept calling me (bum dialing!!) and not answering. Very pleased with the items but they need to tighten up the delivery side of things”

“My bread maker was ordered on the 28th of December. It was out of stock and I was told it would arrive 2 to 3 weeks later. A very helpful lady, Grainne, emailed me to say there was no white machine but there was a black one. She ordered it for me, but then had to chase up the supplier.....hopefully. it will arrive on Friday. Then, I can review the machine! Thanks Grainne!”

“Item ordered took over 3 weeks to arrive! No communication from the company,so had to phone them on several occasions to find out what was going on. When it was ready for delivery,the courier company was supposed to contact me to arrange it(ha ha). My oven arrived out of the blue at 06.25 one morning! Not very impressed with the whole experience.”

“I ordered a table top hostess buffet tray 3 days before Xmas thinking that I probably wouldn't get it, however, it came the next day. No delivery charge, lovely delivery driver and fabulous service! I will definitely use again.”

“Couriers used failed to contact me to deliver but called the next day,nobody in so delivered 4 days later, really needed it so not happy.Had they contacted me I could have been in,When I phoned them the response was not good.”
