“ Real "Computer Says No" attitude to returns. Wanted to replace uncomfortable boots with a different pair, but too much trouble. Gave up and went elsewhere. £42 down the drain. ”

Watch out for this if you have concerns about the size. It implies returns policy is easy and no mention of a charge. Left a sour taste in the mouth as the boots are lovely but unfortunately he wrong size. ”
