“Loved the variety as well as the additional information provided around country of origin for the tiles. The tiles I wanted for my kitchen were phased out and I couldn't visit the store due to restrictions. Customer service was good enough to call and go through options for similar tiles with me until we found ones that I liked. Tiles were delivered no issues and are up now and they look really good!”

“I went to a lot of more premium ($) tile companies in Richmond and ordered samples from Tile Cloud too, but in the end, I went back to Designer Tile Company for the best price and higher quality tiles. The equivalent pink Portugese subs were quite ordinary at the competitors, and I am a perfectionist, so it was Designer Tile Co. all the way!”

“I found Designer Tile Company online. After looking for many weeks and wasting countless hours elsewhere, I found the perfect tile 2 minutes after entering their showroom. They aren't the largest tile retailer, but they offer a wonderful range and the tiles I selected were in stock. Very friendly and helpful service. Highly recommend.”

“Kyle and the team at Designer Tile were very customer focused. During the difficult Covid period I was able to store the order at their warehouse while experiencing site delays. At the end of the project the team went above and beyond in sourcing some very scarce tiles so as we could complete the bathrooms as planned. Thank you Designer Tile.”
