“Neither items were up to what I would call spec from a company like Dexam. The garlic press is especially poor quality. It felt more like an item from a market stall or pound shop.”

“I have wanted to buy a small saucepan for a long time, being on my own after my wife died, and found a perfect one made by Dexam. It was delivered in a couple of days and I have already used it many times. I am now looking at my next purchase from Dexam.”

“Prompt delivery considering the issues with Coronavirus at the moment. Dexam customer service kept me informed via email of the delay due to the virus and also when the goods had been despatched. Delivery arrived much quicker than I had anticipated and whilst I haven't yet used them, they look great and I'm sure will serve the purpose intended for. I would recommend Dexam for your baking needs.”

“We love your four sided cheese grater. But it is so sharp that both my wife and I have both cut our fingers quite badly. Is there an attachment that would enable us to hold the cheese or carrots with out cutting ourselves?”

“The ordering process was easy and the delivery on time, and the product, because I have had it before was just as good as I expected from Dexam. These aprons last for a good few years and I wear mine a lot because I cook a lot!”

“This was a gift for a friend whose used this type of bean slicer for years and needed a new one. It doesn’t work! It will not slice the bean at all whichever way she’s tried to use it! Very disappointing as it was meant as a Thankyou gift. Please advise how you can rectify this problem”

“Wonderful service, delivery was faster than expected and the toast tongues are good quality. Price turned out to be great as initially the delivery was more than the tongues, but they made up for it by putting three sets of tongues in without me even asking - fair play, with service like that I’ll be back.”
