“I had not encountered this Company before. Quality of goods supplied was as expected, indeed excellent. Service from Dexam was as they indicated. Goods arrived on time and well packed. I will certainly investigate them next time I am in the market for any other items they are able to supply.”

“Great pans delivered promptly. I liked that the packaging filler in the box used starch instead of polystyrene, but there was still plastic bags round the pans themselves. Maybe you can look at ways to replace this too.”

“The plastic ice cream cones are a great idea for me as I am coeliac and cannot the usual type of cone. The valve on the point is Fabulous as none of the ice cream is lost.”

“Ordered the Little Birds Vintage Cake Stand & Server as a gift for someone and, I believe, they arrived in record-breaking time. They were very reasonably priced and really good value. Would have liked if there had been something in the parcel to say who it was from as the recipient had no idea. Would definitely recommend Dexam and will order from the company again.”

“Tom Roberts , customer service manager provides an exemplary service . Purchased a knife sharpener that broke very quickly, the replacement even faster so he sent me an upgrade that works perfectly . I would always return to companies that place customer satisfaction at the top of their priority list, and Dexam are right up there, thank you.”

“So I bought a Double Kitchen Timer & Clock, which arrived beautifully packaged. It is exactly what I wanted and I like that there are 3 methods available for locating it. The display is large & clear and the beep is not too loud! Happy with the service and your product.”

“We initially ordered 2 oven gloves but only 1 arrived. The second was promptly posted to us though there was no advice that it had been dispatched. Good quality product. Would buy from Dexham again.”

“Prompt delivery considering the issues with Coronavirus at the moment. Dexam customer service kept me informed via email of the delay due to the virus and also when the goods had been despatched. Delivery arrived much quicker than I had anticipated and whilst I haven't yet used them, they look great and I'm sure will serve the purpose intended for. I would recommend Dexam for your baking needs.”

“I was delighted with my small, enamel, Turkish coffee pot which arrived very promptly and in good condition. I ordered this on line and cannot fault the service I received. I was surprised to see that the item was made in Serbia. I have deducted one star for the enormous box and excessive amount of (polystyrene?) worms used for packaging such a small item. I do not think I can recycle this packaging which will presumably end up in land fill.”

“Bought a low cost item a few months ago which failed. Item quickly replaced without question. I would like to see more British made goods on offer.”

“I ordered 6 runner bean cutters, I am very pleased with 5 of them but the 6th one I am unable to use as it is faulty from the manufacturer, this will not stop me using dexam in the future”

“I had an item missing from my order which was dealt with swiftly and the said item arrived in the post within several days, however no apology was offered. This was the second order I have made with Dexam and both arrived swiftly and well packed. I have been very pleased with the items from both of these orders.”
