“I have still not received my order that I placed on 7 December. On 8 December a despatch email was sent but with no tracking information. After almost 2 weeks. Very poor service .”

“First time I've used this UK company. My order arrived in a few days as promised & easy to track. Great quality mixing bowls, unusual do-it-yourself glass trivet - might have to order again 'cos I'm keeping this for myself😊 & a few gadgets: good value items is not seen before. All arrived in a sturdy box with eco packing chips. Well done Dexam see you soon”
