“AVOID - I truly regret getting in touch with this company. Their behaviour has been to the point of harassment. I wanted a quote for the transcription of the coroner's verdict from an inquest. The quote was £120 for 14 minutes of audio which was significantly higher than other companies, so I declined their services. Although I have told them this verbally, they have called me more than once, sent several emails and I simply cannot get rid of them. I have more pressing matters to deal with and just want to be left alone but will these people give up, no. I have indicated that should they continue to contact me I will hand the matter over to my solicitors and told they would not contact me further. However, this afternoon, I returned home to another message. Enough. I will talk to my solicitors tomorrow and will pursue them for the cost.
I have put this review originally on Trust Pilot. Their response was to call my home this evening ask me to remove it.
They claim that I had not sent an email that I did not wish to be contacted yet they replied to my email on 6 March 2020 . Their email states:
"It's a shame that you feel this way and I will have you removed so you don't receive any more contact from us.
If you do require us in the future then please do not hesitate to contact me."
Yet they continue to harass me.”
