"The star they get is for being polite, and a little bit of fast and good graphic work.\nThe four they don't get is for the total failure of delivering what was promised. When I was passed over to the development team, my project got further and further away from what I was asking for, all was cosmetic pasting together of templates and stock photos. I was promised a custom website that was described as \"not wordpress\". What was in development was a bunch of wordpress templates and add-ins, and in looking at the codes, I could see that it was anything but original. \nI asked for a partial refund, was promised copies (original art) of the logo and graphic that they did develop and got nothing. They never would put my site on the live domain, and when I pulled the plug, I got more empty promises, no refund, and an offer for 2 free videos.\n\nA complete waste of donor money and much-needed time."
