I had to use the chat buttong to understand how to change the font color, but they answered the question quickly and were very helpful when I was ready to place my order. I had to express ship my order and it was delivered on time, which was one of my concerns. I thought the price was reasonable. The suggested layout was helpful and able to be edited to what I wanted. Again, I was very pleased with my order. If there was one negative, the memory box package was not as impressive as the programs, but it was effective and met the need. If you want to design your own memorial program I highly recommend Disciple Press.”
