They helped me customize the design and provided a proof very quickly. I found one small typo and gave them a formatting suggestion, which they completed quickly. They sent a second proof and I approved it. The process was very simple to follow. Even though I ordered 150 bookmarks, they actually sent me 200 so I had some extras, which was very nice because we had a larger turnout then anticipated and I wanted some extras.
