“I bought 2 tins of Cuprinol Decking stain. The overall price including delivery was only just above the cost of just one tin in any of the well known DIY stores. The tins arrived quickly (3 days), were well packaged and undamaged on arrival. DIY Doctor sent a number of emails to keep me informed of the process. I received a message to inform me of a one hour delivery slot and the tins did arrive within that slot. Overall I could not fault the process so I am very pleased.”

“Quick delivery and communication throughout, keeping me up to date on the progress of my order. I've so far used the Polycell mould treatment and the Ronseal anti-mould paint. Both have very little odour and dried upquickly after painting. Overall, I'm a happy customer. I'll be back!”

“It seems easy when watching the video but when you come to do it yourself its a lot harder. I have to say this firm are really helpful even though what you said about putting cling film on the wall overnight to soften it didnt work, so in the end we have arranged for a plaster to plaster over all the walls. A big thank you though for your help. Maureen”
