She does not like going, but the team treat her with kindness and thoughtfulness, and she returns to me looking absolutely beautiful, with an excellent groom. Kate always sorts out the difficult bits that may have got a bit knotty. I am delighted with the service that I receive from the Doghouse - in additon to the grooming facility, it is a wonderful shop with a huge choice of dog-related items, some not found elsewhere.”

“My cavapoo had two very traumatic incidents with previous groomers when she was very young. She was completely traumatised, but I was so happy to find Emily at The Doghouse who takes her time and Daisy always comes out looking perfect. What I particularly like is the fact that it's not done in a rush (previous groomers only took an hour) whereas The Doghouse groomers take 2.5 hours, ensuring that the dogs don't get stressed. I feel completely happy leaving Daisy with Emily who is lovely.”
