“I haven't receive the phone yet as I was waiting for the delivery on the 19tg and it never came u rang your self's and you said you didn't no why it had be requested to be send back to your self's and this would take 3-5 working days to sort out I was told to give your you another ring on Tuesday to see if there was any update of why it's been requested back to your self's”
