Do not buy from this company, sold me a leaf collector on next day delivery, when delivery didn't turn up I rang them and they advised they don't have it in stock. Asked for refund, told me they cannot confirm it in writing on an Email!!! So now just have to wait and see

I ordered a laundry product. It was manufactured in 2013 the expiry date is 2016. 6 emails and 3 telephone calls later - no reponse.Taking the complaint to the Dispute Ombudsman and my Mastercard provider for a refund. I wish I had read all other complaints before I spent £50.00 with them.

Customer service is not very good, ordered to items to find one out of stock with at least 6 week expected delivery date. Requested item be removed from the order so the in stock one could be delivered and refund to date nothing so not ahappy customer who will buy elsewhere.

Do not order from this company. I ordered a expandable hose two weeks ago. After charging special delivery expected the item. It has been 2 weeks. No item still. I have spoken to 4 different agents who refuse to offer a refund until the item arrives. I have a tracking number with Yodel who are not answering any emails. No available information on the web to offer an indication. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY Ref or758292

Wish I could give them no stars. purchased an item, it would not work. Took them two weeks to send a replacement that did not work either. A month later still no refund. A rotten product from a rotten company.

If there was a minus, it would be minus 10 Ordered an item and paid £200+, waited for a confirmation email, after 3 days , nine arrived, so I rang them to be told it’s out of stock, should be in within 72hours and would be despatched asap. One week later, still nothing, I rang again, to be told the same and when I suggested they should be informing there customers of the situation. Was told they had trouble sending out “some” emails, very convenient I would say. I have now cancelled my order and have asked for a refund, what an absolute shambles of a company, would never attempt to purchase from these people again!

Bought a Telescopic Chainsaw & Hedge Trimmer - was broken on delivery. Eckman Customer Service claimed to arrange a courier collection on 2 ocassions, wasting a day at home on each ocassion, but the courier did not arrive. I strongly recommend anyone to NOT buy anything from Eckman, as I still have not received a refund, as they cannot arrange a collection
