“It’s been around 3 months since I started working with them, and I wanted to wait a bit before leaving a review so I could speak from actual experience. When I first came in, I had almost no understanding of how Amazon worked and honestly didn’t know what to expect. What I appreciated most was that they never overcomplicated things or made big promises. They explained everything clearly, answered my questions, and made the whole setup feel manageable. The first month was mostly about getting everything in place, which took some patience, but over the last few weeks I’ve started seeing things move. My listings look much better, I’m getting more activity on the store, and I’ve started seeing some results come through. It’s not overnight success or anything like that, but it does feel like progress, which matters. What I like most is that I always know what’s being worked on and what the next step is. That level of communication makes a big difference. So far I feel like I made the right decision, and I’m hopeful the results will keep building from here.”
